The two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped with all you need for an overnight stay. Staff were great and very accommodating, so grateful for the later checkout to prepare for a sad occasion.

The unit was very clean, tidy, smelt clean & was presentable. The communication was excellent, easy instructions to follow, timely and friendly. Nothing was a problem, even when I locked the keys in the Unit, all it took was a simple phone call to erect the problem, thank you very much, much appreciated.

A home away from home. Great sized unit and very well-appointed kitchen, enabling me to easily cater for the family during our stay without having to buy utensils or a potato peeler. Kids loved the smart TV. Very reliable washer and dryer. Quiet location (especially considering its proximity to facilities) and private courtyard. Could very comfortably stay longer. Hot water system failed during our stay but staff were EXCELLENT and had it fixed within a few short hours on a long weekend.

Beds were very comfortable, location was great and the apartment was perfect for a family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Apart from the very dirty air cons, the rest of the apartment was clean.

Fantastic location, close to everything essential and only a short drive to everything else. Neat and tidy apartment, has all the comfortsof home. We stayed for a week and were offered a cleaning service mid week. It was great to return to after a long day of adventures. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bundaberg. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was clean, tidy and very well presented. The bedrooms were of a good size and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us too. Everywhere we needed to be was only a short distance away. Peta was excellent when she called to explain the check in and check out procedure, and I was impressed by her manner. We will definitely stay here again on our next stay to Bundaberg.

Great location, able to walk to the movies and the shopping centre, one of our reasons for choosing this facility. We were surprised by the accommodation- better than expected and quite nice! Didn’t use the cooking facilities but appeared to be sufficient. The garage was great as we didn’t have to unload the fridge and could leave it plugged in whilst still in the car - bonus! The kids made full use of the available internet and the different floors.

We stayed in an end apartment. The apartment was clean n tidy. Location was close to plaza, shops n take away. Was like being in the city but without all the noise. The bed in the main room was one mattress not two put together which is a bonus n was comfortable for me but not as comfortable for my partner. The wardrobe in main bedroom was big enough to walk in. The backyard was nice n quiet with a green(b/c it had rained) grassed area. The upstairs bathroom had a big corner bath as well as a separate shower. There was a separate toilet downstairs as well as one in the bathroom upstairs. There is laundry in the garage.

It was big enough to cater 6 people and was nice to have backyard patio and rooms upstairs away from loungeroom kitchen area. Bath spa/shower and toilet all in one, would been nice of had another shower downstairs for a 3bedroom unit.
